Management Team

James E. Wilson
James continues his 30 + year career as the senior principal of Wilco, acting as Conceptual Design Lead, oversees sales, estimating and project management/quality control. His experience ranges from guiding the design & construction process for international companies and managing restaurant rollouts to designing & executing fine furniture & millwork fabrication. James has held licenses in General Building, Cabinetry & Millwork and HVAC since 1976 and has a BA degree in Business Management.

Ben Wilson, Operations
Ben grew up in the design-build business, is technically proficient at numerous trades and has been a licensed contractor since 2006. He manages the Millwork & Fixtures operations and is the senior PM for Construction operations.

Jeffrey Uter, Finance
With an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance, Jeff has guided strategic planning & finance on over 2000 projects in the past 25 years. He co-founded Premier Management Alliance with James in 1998 and directs finance and planning as well as business development for Wilco.

Ross Miller, Architecture
A Graduate of SciArc, Ross has practised Architecture for 14 years, working with well-known firms including Frank Gehry &s; Associates and has received several prestigous design awards. He has been directing design with Wilco for 3 years.

Seth Wilson, PM – Southwest
Seth has worked in the trades for over 10 years and has been in the family business for half that time. He is a “working” manager on projects in Arizona & throughout the southwest.

Linda Arnold, Office Manager
Linda has managed office & bookkeeping functions for construction & law firms for many years. She worked with James in 1987-88 and recently re-joined Wilco after 22 years.
